• Assigned duties of Quality Control, Daily Production & Maintenance Issues.
• Ensure and monitor the preventive maintenance activity and reduce the production loss due to break down.
• Arranged back up support of all Electrical, PLC, and controls of all process and utilities equipment.
• Qualities Issues dealing with the Clients and WAPDA.
• Experience with Servo Based Systems and its Functionality( e.g. intelligent/robot motors, encoders)
• Day to day tasks include determining standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance, inspecting plant and machinery to ensure optimum performance, directing the maintenance of equipment, scheduling and planning production activities.
• Quality Control Tests for Copper Rod(ASTM-B49), Copper Strips for transformers(BS 4653), Bus Bar and Enamel wire(BS 4516), ( Resistivity , Tensile Strength & Elongation, Twist Test, Loop Test Heat Shock, High Voltage Test,)
• Review and recommend improvements of all SOP procedures. Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities.
• Provide an efficient interface with all automation and validation processes and provide training to all engineers and Technicians.
• Monthly Gap Analysis Report.
