Prepare and maintain data base
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
Map out training plans for on request institutions/ organizations and inform provincial coordinators about training schedules
Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including interactive, activity based, virtual training
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Track and report on training outcomes and provide feedback to program participants and management
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
Manage training budget and report writing and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Develop base line questioners and conduction baseline survey for situation analysis
Liaison with other NGOs, CSOs, CCBOs, LSOs, Youth clubs and government department and line agencies
Networking with education department for the permission of teachers training in Government primary schools and trained more than 5000 teachers
Coordinate training programs with respective institutions and referral units across Pakistan
Modification of training module by rearranging sessions according to need of the participants
Preparation of training schedules after meeting with the organizational and government officials Executive District Officer, Deputy District Officer and Assistant District Officers for finalizing date, venues, the number of participants through email, telephone, written contacts and meetings
Conduct trainings after finalizing the schedule on CSA, Adolescent health, GBV, Early Marriages, Team Building, MenEngage, Peace & Conflict and Aflatoun Social & Financial Education with teachers, parents, youth groups, police, lawyers, LHWs, LHVs and children according to set agenda
Manage all financial functions related to training including material printing and community participants TA/DA
Visit and follow up with the stake holders for information dissemination
Keep close coordination and liaison with stakeholders in carryout the project activities within the community of project areas
Conduct teacher training sessions on the Joyful Learning approach in 30 Helping Hand Pakistan supported schools in Punjab & AJK.
Review and combine the training resources and the guides developed by Helping Hand Pakistan on the Joyful Learning approach and on teaching techniques
Plan to adapt these guides to meet the guidelines in this Scope of Work, including the guidelines on desired duration of the training and prioritized content
