• My core responsibilities contain managing smooth network operations and new solution implementations.
• Network operation involves insuring of proactive monitoring, fault diagnoses and resolution of network related issues.
• New solution implementation involves delivering of multiple service flows including data, voice and internet having mGRE, L2tpv3, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSLA with the integration of technologies like fiber, wireless Point to Point Links, WiMAX, iDirect, Yahsat and VSAT.
• Recent momentous deployed projects are Supernet network expansion and up-gradation, AKHSP, Aman Foundation, Omni Group, National Gases, UBL, Samba, Summit Bank, PICIC Asset management, Alkaram Textile, OBS Pharma, Tapal, Metro, Master and Gul Wind power plant.

• In this tenure I played an enthusiastic role and worked in multiple directions for Supernet engineering & Networks department which is highlighted below.

 Corporate Solution Designing and Implementation
To understand customers’ requirements and needs smartly, and developing a cost effective solution which involves its implementation along with the integration of multiple technologies.

 Service Provider Network
It possesses assurance of network monitoring, configuration, up-gradation planning along with implementation having documentations in a well presentable manner, in addition to this network review and maintaining its backup for rapid configuration in case of any hardware failure to meet SLA. It also includes network infrastructure expansion along with protocol and hardware planning meeting future challenges and flexibility.

 Configuration
It holds expertise in configuration of WAN/LAN which contain static / Dynamic routing, PBR, auto failover using IPSLA, VLAN configuration, trunk, L2tpv3, QinQ, GRE, mGRE, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, NAT, PAT, DHCP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, QoS and IOS up gradation.

Hands-on experience over Cisco (7200, 3845, 3825, 3821, 2921, 2911, 2821, 2811, 1841, 1812, 1811, 871, 851, 3560G, 3750, 3560, 3550, 2960G, 2950), Maipu 1800-35, Mikrotik (rb750, 750GL), wireless point to point Ubiquiti (Nano Bridge, PowerBeam, Rocket M5, PowerStation), InfiNet, Dragon Wave, iDirect (infinity 3100, X1, X3 and X5 modems), YahClick(9800, 9600, 9460, 9260 modems), and VSAT (Comtech CDM570L, 600, 625).



 Carrier customer interaction
Proficient interactions with domestic and international carriers for technical solutions, configurations and prepare interconnections for network sharing to expand reachability. Few of them are AT&T, SingTel, BT, Expereo, Multinet, Connect, Fariya, GCS, Satcom etc.

 Operation and Maintenance
O&M include Level 2 and 3 supports to maintain SLA, network monitoring / troubleshooting, routers/switch

• Field Work (March 2011 to June 2012)
Daily bases field activities among which wireless point to point, WiMAX, iDirect link installation and commissioning by configuring client end router/switch, troubleshooting and restoration of connectivity in case of complaint.

• Network Operation Center (June 2010 to February 2011)
I started my career as a VSAT NOC engineer for Telenor project. Job responsibilities included network monitoring at NMS, rectification of outages, restore connectivity, configuration of VSAT modems, up gradation, swapping, patching and reporting.
