Currently working as Program Manager at FutureNow Technologies. FutureNow Technologies is a provider of IT-based solutions and services that enable organizations to achieve operational effectiveness, increase revenues, and improve stakeholder relations. Company is current providing services in North America, Europe and Pakistan. FutureNow Technologies today boasts of a workforce of 200 + employees based at the company’s head office in Lahore, Pakistan.
 Responsibilities

Client communication. Leading the development and QA teams.
Projects steering and oversight.
Project processes tailoring, implementation and oversight.
Scope definition, budgeting and planning.
Managing multiple projects from initiation phase till closure.
Making project proposals based on RFPs.
Handling change requests. Maintaining and grooming product backlog,
sprint planning. Issues / items prioritization in collaboration with the client.
Coordinating with accounts department for billing of projects.
Risks identification and mitigation.
Keeping the client and management informed of project progress through weekly status reports.

As a project manager my job is to look after multiple projects execution, coordinate among the team members and make sure that the project executes as per schedule. Communication with client is also one of the prime responsibilities.Other responsibilities include making project proposals, getting estimates from technical lead and reviewing them, budgeting costing of projects etc.

Sensys offers software solutions in the areas of Real-Time Data Management, Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence, Geographical SCADA and Plant floor visualization. Sensys has over 1000 engineering person years of industrial experience accumulated over its sixteen years history. The IntelliMAX solutions framework includes IntelliMAX Plant, DataMAX, ReportMAX and IntelliMAX EMI. Additionally Sensys offers a range of device drivers and business connectors for third party controllers and software.

Maintenance of project server 2007. Successfully migrated all the projects and resource pool from Project sever 2003 to Project server 2007.

As Maintenance Head my role included,

Managing teams efficiently to meet Commercial deadlines of different products.
Schedule and facilitate bug fixing. Develop bug fixing plans.
Responsible for updating the pertinent entities in the factory and in the Commercialization Zone about the status of bugs.
Delivering quality builds to QC / Validation.
Maintaining the Issue reporting system for bug / wish lists reporting.
Handling requests / bugs reported from Plants and BETA sites.
Monitoring bug’s life cycle from identification to closure.
Preparing bug statistics reports and presenting to management.
Coordinating with Development, CM and QC departments.
Part of Issue Management Committee, making important decisions regarding different issues related to the product(s), deciding bug’s release stages.

Reponsible for leading two projects with a team of 4 members.
Responsible to lead my team members to get the job done efficiently and meeting time lines.
Responsible for code reviews written by junior members and design approvals.
Responsible for Requirements gathering, compertitor product studies.
Responsible for development and design.
Responsible to train new employees.
