I am educational and school management professional specializing in school level teaching, teacher's training, counselling of students with hidden personalities, developing academic skills in weak students, managing academic plus co-circular activities, designing required training courses, school management and developing the institution as a model educational institution spreading quality education having several years experience in education industry . My recent assignment is as Assistant Regional Manager Educational Services, Peshawar Region in Association For Academic Quality (AFAQ). I also served as Administrator in Mercy Educational Complex having boarding facility for about 600 orphan students. I also served as Global Outreach Officer Examination Resource Officer at Roots School System, Peshawar branch. I also served as Zonal Academic Coordinator Principal of Iqra Huffaz Secondary School for boys in Iqra education system, Iqra-Rauza-Tul-Atfal (Trust), Head Office, Karachi, Pakistan. I had also been working with Peshawar Model Educational Institutes (PMEI), School wing, as senior teacher of Mathematics and Science, At PMEI I was responsible for teaching mathematics and science subject to grade eight, ninth and tenth. I was also supervising all the science laboratories as head of science laboratories. All sorts of academic and co-curricular activities were arranged and managed till the achievement of the desired results. I was also member of the interview panel made for selection new science and mathematics teacher. Orientation to new teachers was also arranged and managed by me. I have extensive experience in Educational planning, controlling, training of Teachers, Coordinators, Administrators, Principals Directors of schools, forecasting for new dynamics of education, budgeting activities with less funds, variance analysis, management reporting and Activity Based teaching supported by an MBA (Human Resource Management), and short teaching courses from Peshawar, Pakistan. I have great leadership skills with the ability to break down complex educational and cultural jargons in plain language. I am very focused on details to produce quality work. Besides, I have excellent skills in working under extreme pressure to meet deadlines with maximum quality and minimum errors. One of my most valuable strengths is building and maintaining relationships with team members and students both to whom I am teaching and those who are taught by my peers. I worked closely with several executive management teams and feel comfortable in my interactions with senior executive management and peers. I build strong networks of people through a process of demonstrating trust, integrity and competence. Besides having good knowledge about national and international educational requirements and differences, I am an active member of a local charity and have great skills and experience of fund raising and event management.
