Looking after overall management of the logistic & administrative task assigned at field site.
Facilitating daily programmatic & administrative field operations through constant contact with research supervisors, field staff & Paeds Admin team.
Ensuring that detailed data base for In & Out of inventory is maintained with proper supply inventory tracking system.
Providing support vehicle management as per requirement.
Maintaining attendance & Leave records of field staff.
Ensuring that proper security protocols are followed in office.
Facilitating to training programs, workshop & conferences at field site.
Maintaining cash book/petty cash book for office general expense and prepare budgeting for upcoming expense at field site.
Focal person for Government stake holders.
Responsible for timely preparation and accurate maintenance of HRSG Outsourcing’s employee records as per the HRSG Outsourcing Policy/Standard Operating Procedures, and in compliance with the government regulations, manually (hardcopy) and on Human Resource Information Management System to the satisfaction of client organization. Also responsible to ensure complete confidentiality of personnel data.
Ensure all employment related letters are timely prepared and delivered to the employees as per the requirements. Also ensure that all employment related matters are properly and timely addressed.
Closely work with Benefits administration team to provide employment benefits to the employees based at client’s side.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times thereby ensuring retention & development of existing client. Interact with client management on regular basis to discuss all operational matters to ensure smooth relations with the client.
Develop and maintain cordial working relationships with the employees deputed to perform duties at the client site. Establish open employee communication channels thereby ensuring that employees are properly serviced to foster loyalty.
To incorporate all the changes in the monthly salaries as per the input received from client(s) in respect of all the new inductions, separations, transfers, over time, increments, leave without pay, allowances, expenses and any other changes.
Responsible for the preparation of HRSG Outsourcing employee salaries, invoices & debit advice's after the mandatory/applicable deductions.
Deliver salary invoices to the client and receive credit for the same. Deliver pay slips to the employees deputed at client locations or client’s HR representatives.
To maintain proper record of all the loans and advances through making a Loans / Advances control ledger/prevalent system on Human Resource Information System.
