• I am responsible for carrying out the essential functions of sales team in various areas including Business Development Department

• Provide end –to-end administrative support for the sales cycle and follow sold projects through to installation

• Scheduling, organizing and participating in applicant interviews
• Filling of recruitment cases , assignment log, exception forms performance appraisal forms and training schedules
• Handling all employees enquires& grievances.
• Assisting in reviewing company policies and further changes.
