• Initial shortlisting by job specification criteria and conduct telephonic interviews
• Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
• Prepare and submit monthly staff salary along with, it’s reconciliation for Management’s approval
• Monitor and Record Salary advances
• Ensure smooth exit of staff members
• Maintain the recruitment filing system, including records on unsuccessful applicants
• Maintaining the HR database and HR personal files
• Prepare monthly control sheet of leaves status and late comings for DH/Management review
• Maintain and keep up to date the employees leaves on QuickBook
• Process all incoming invoices and distribute to appropriate staff for approval
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all vouchers, check requests, and employee expense reports
• Prepare journal entries for accounts payable
• Petty cash expenses posting in Quickbook
• Receiving of incoming cheques and cash
• Prepare Vouchers of any expense / Drawing in Quickbook
• Vendors bill payments and their posting in QB
