I'm basically a Mechanical Engineer having more than 5 yrs of experience in Inspection as an QA Inspection Engineer with United Registrar of Systems and currently completed my Master's in Project Management. I am looking for a new job opportunity as Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer.
• Third Party Certification & Inspection of RIG equipment.
• Inspection of Lifting Appliance & Lifting Gears as per SOPs.
• QA of equipment on basis of international standards of API/LEEA/OSHA/BS.
• Necessary Office work, reporting and documentation on daily/ weekly reports.
• Conduct investigation of material and equipment issued return to warehouse.
• Ensure save work environment according to International safety standards.
• Preparing the Inspections and Test Plan (ITP) and Implementation of Inspection and Test Procedures.
• QC contractor non- conformances reports, verifying conformity of the work to specified Quality Requirements and ensuring that the inspections and controls are carried out.
• Issuance of NCR report and liaise with PR originator / end user in disposition of the NCR wherever applicable.
• Issuance of material inspection report generated in the system on acceptance / rejection of the items inspected.
• Develop inspection and test requirements for purchased materials and equipment based on company specifications.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and related business events to enhance networking in market and other companies.
• Performing visual inspection, observe any defects and records and comparing it with the specified code or standards.
• LPG storage plant and bottling facility inspection & testing as per local jurisdiction and international standard NFPA-5.
• To manage Non Destructive Testing (NDT) team to the location to do inspection and monitoring or witnessing the NDT activities related to the condition of the joints.
• Request for further inspection or investigation as it is needed with 3rd party.
• Review and QA of necessary documents and PO/SOP.
• Mentoring & Training of Client personals in DDC/Crane Operators.
• Attend meetings with client and contractors regarding inspection protocols.
• Check the unknown material specification by using Positive material identification.
