SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Weekly Production Planning & Raw Material (Yarn & Chemical) Planning for Fabric.
To rise raw material requisition as per production plan.
Follow up material with procurement as per requisition raised.
Comprehensive supervision of raw material, work in process and finished good material movement to and forth to all department.
Throughout monitoring of all production departments.
Reporting and controlling daily material receiving and issuance.
Maintain inventory stock report of all key items.
Issuance and preference of production programs as per production planning.
Successfully developed ERP system for supply chain system for Denim. (2013 to 2015)
Development and submission of Monthly KPI (Key Performance indicator) report for management.
Provide strategically guideline to all warehouses in charges (Such as Yarn, Fabric, Chemical & general warehouses) regarding operations & daily functions also Review & finalize all reports (weekly activities, monthly closings, forecasts & trends).
Maintain weekly reports related to current trends / forecast of Raw materials & Finished goods, Decision making of holding sufficient level of stocks, furtherance bookings/ purchases to meet up levels for subsequent months & expected orders.
Review/ Analyze daily planning’s of materiality (Yarn & chemicals) & its sufficiency in consideration of all aspects & to avoid any slacks & to meet up any urgent demands, collaborate with supporting backward & forward functioned departments to handle situation through taking some appropriate steps .
Reporting to manager & GM’s regarding department functions on weekly & periodical basis.
