Looking after operations of HR. Handling termination of employees, conduct exit interviews, process whereabouts , looking after provident fund, handling disciplinary section
● Verify monthly leavers and joiners and then verify their complete headcount.
● Prepare list of apprentices, process their contracts. Prepare apprenticeship certificates and process them after
completion.
● Process the Joining of Field Force Staff and update their record accordingly in SAP.
● Prepare the Appointment Letters of Field Force Staff along with their Bank Account Forms.
● Conduct the Exit Interviews of leavers, taking feedback and making the policies along with concerned staff,
manager’s suggestion and approval to overcome those flaws.
● Manage Final settlement Allowances of Leavers by reviewing their liabilities to company if any and afterwards
process their FSA’s documents to finance for further processing
● Process the documents for the Health Insurance of Employees.
● Made Organization’s Employee Handbook for their better understanding about company’s rules and regulations.
● Make and process the turnover report to the line manager.
● Handling the petty cash for daily operations at the office level, posting of petty cash vouchers into the system
● Personal files record keeping, up to date record of all the employees in the company
● Preparation of joining reports of new appointments in the company
● Preparation of final settlement reports for resignations in the company
● Monthly finalization of daily attendance record for all the employees and maintenance of leaves record both in soft
and hard form

of payment report sent to finance department on monthly basis
● Maintenance of log reports of pool cars with respect to their fuel drawn and mileage run, time in and time out,
tracking maintenance and other repair logs
● Preparation of payment certificate and purchase requisition and issuance of purchase orders in accordance with
purchase requisitions
● Providing support to support staff especially admin staff w.r.t. to their duty roster of cleaning staff, guards and
peons
