I work as a Assistant Maintenance Manager at Beverage Plant
Responsibilities are
Preventive ,corrective and Annual maintenance of Blow molding machine,Filling machine ,labeling mchine ,packing machine and palletizer machine. Compressor 40 bar maintenance and plant docunentation and inventory managment.
Maintain Plant as per AIBI audit from mechanical point of view.
Assessment of machinery for annual over hauling.

I worked at Gatron industriea on following equipments
Injection Moulding Machines (HUSKY GLINE 300 HYPET 300)
Absorption and Compression Chiller (120 RT to 300 REF TON)
Cooling Tower (Liangchi NKR)
Booster Pump (KSB NKR)
AIR DRYER (Plastic system, Munter Piovan)
Preform inspection machine maintenance
Hydraulic valves and pneumatic valve maintenance

Also managing shift,Documentations and supervise different jobs
Knowledge of SAP based software's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and MMS (Material Management System).
Temperature and vibration analysis of all gear boxes and bearings.
Implementation of documents of ISO 90012000.
Management of work force and daily meeting with HOD.
Making reports of preventive maintenance of all machines.
Maintaining spare parts and correspondence with venders
Work permit system to insure job safety
