• Lead the program team in daily project management, both organizational and functional matters, planning, supervising, monitoring, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure their results follow the donors’ requirements.
• Design projects to fill the institutional voids to create an enabling environment for socio-economic development in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral Pakistan.
• Drive stakeholders’ engagement events and build partnerships to scale up development programs in the region.
· Leading the programs in Gilgit Baltistan, and coordinating with the Gilgit Baltistan Performance Management and Reforms Unit.
· Coordinating with Government departments in G-B to create an enabling environment to enhance governance systems through technological solutions.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, local communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
o Facilitate families to develop their Family Development Plans (FDPs) to achieve their social and economic development goals
o Support and guide families through all stages of development (crisis, stabilization, development and self-sustained progress) across all domains of need, including physical and mental health, education (including ECD), livelihoods development and access to finance, safe and stable housing, food security, as well as participation in community life, etc
o Ensure comprehensive and consistent quality documentation of all elements of the program, from home visit logs and referrals to impact evaluation metrics
o Progress monitoring on different project sites and ensuring a smooth implementation.
o Support/Assist M&E staff in field visits and formulation of Monthly and Quarterly progress reports.
o Formulation of Risk Management Tools, Project profiles and Working papers for COVID-19 Risk Management Programmes
o Assist M&E Team in Project planning and field implementation of project interventions.
o Assist M&E Team in Developing M&E Formats and systems for project activities in collaboration with team.
o Develop quarterly, monthly and bimonthly plans with team.
o Assisting Regional team in monthly planning and projects review meetings.
o Assist programme team in the documentation of events and event reporting
• Support planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities on Gems sector value chain development project funded by USAID.
• Review and conduct technical monitoring and evaluation plans.
• Work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the data quality, accuracy and consistency to build credible performance evidence
• Maintain close liaison with filed staff and project coordinator.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and success story and primary research reports for external stakeholders.
