Research of Deformation of Magnesium Alloys for improving mechanical properties.
(1)Project: Installation of Well Head Assemblies of 4” and 6” Flowpipeline 184 KM Lines at Sinjhoro field (OGDCL).
(2)Project: Construction & Welding of 14 KM Flow Line 8” NPS, Diafrom Adam West X-1 to Hala Plant (PPL).
(3)Project: Construction and Welding of 42” X111 KMs, W/T 0.562inch Sawan-Qadirpur Transmission Line (SNGPL).
Job Responsibilities Verification of material identification by MTC’s and as per drawings. Reviewing WPS /PQR / Welder Qualification records. Inspecting Joint Configuration of Fit-up prior to weld as per WPS. Surveillance of welding parameters / Consumables for compliance with WPS. Monitoring the calibration status of welding machines, Inspection tools, Quivers. Witnessing the welder qualifications as per specifications. Visual inspection of the final weld profile. Witnessing the NDT methods. Inspection of welding consumable store. Providing guidance on QA/QC Engineering through the project life tointerpret, apply, and comply with QA/QC standards & legislation. Monitor welder performance and welding activities to ensure work is being carried out inaccordance with the approved welding procedure during fabrication and installation. Execute all NDT (PT, RT, MT, and UT) as per ASME Section-V during fabrication, erectionand installation. Control final documentation to submission to the client. Coat Wrapping inspection with Holiday Detector. Inspection of Grit-blasting and Heat Shrink Sleeve on weld joints. Inspection of Peal Test of Sleeve. Inspection of Trenching, Holiday Test, Lowering, and Backfilling according to client’s specduring the fabrication and installation. Preparation of weld map during fabrication.
