Research
• Work under the direct supervision and guidance of Regional Manager and report to General Manager on all matters pertaining to Lahore Station.
• Have complete knowledge of and enforce all company policies and procedures at Lahore Station.
• Be responsible for overall administration and upkeep of Lahore Office and maintain liaison with head office.
• Be assisted by and will guide all department heads in smooth functioning of Lahore Station
• Ensure uniformity in maintaining records and procedures, as per the guidelines provided by Head Office.
• Ensure all departments are working in harmony and coordination. He will hold weekly coordination meetings of department heads to discuss all issues/matters pertaining to the office.
• Recommend hiring/firing of staff at Lahore Office, as and when required for the approval of Head Office.
• Maintain liaison with CCR clients on all operational, maintenance and financial matters.
• Select CCR vendors in Lahore including non-pool cars, repair/maintenance, IT related, office maintenance and any other required.
• Ensure all invoices are timely submitted to concerned clients and take follow-up actions where necessary.
• Ensure all company records and data bases for Lahore Station are being properly maintained and updated on regular basis. These include; attendance, maintenance, cash handling, vouchers, payables, receivables etc. He is also to ensure all postings are made in the system, where required.
• Make timely fueling and petty cash arrangement and ensure their record is maintained.
• Coordinate with other CCR stations on all matters, where required.
• Ensure all department heads submit their relevant reports to Head Office in due time.
• He will approve the salaries of all personnel at Lahore after verifying overtime, outstations, overnights etc. of all staff, as applicable.
• Act as the leave, loan and advance granting authority for all staff at Lahore. HoDs will request him directly, other staff will come
