• Responding to briefs and costing of qualitative research studies
• Building strong Client Relationship and becoming key point of contact for them – client communication is a key part of this role
• Direct coordination with the client on queries and other project(s) related stuff
• Report Writing and presenting clients insight in a compelling way that tells the story behind the data
• Working on several different projects at the same time (normally in different subject areas and with different teams)
• Interacting extensively with multiple office locations and international partners
