Creates and maintain 12 months demand dispatch for plant records.
Assembles and analyses all data pertinent to create the maintenance plan, uses rough-cut and detailed capacity planning and links it to the demand plan.
Partners with operation manager, maintenance department to develop rolling 12 months’ forecast (e.g. implement appropriate forecasting technique, review trends, understand changes in demand drivers etc.), thereby improving the forecast accuracy.
Maintains the detailed fuel and oil reports for 12 months and forecast to remove bottlenecking.
Creates Daily operation reports which consists of daily progress and detailed analysis of whole complex.

Monitor the power plants controls and power distribution and consumption – ensuring power is available at all times.
Perform troubleshooting, problem solving and plan activities to prevent problems from occurring with the power plant and auxiliary equipment on the vessel. This will include the pneumatic systems, etc.
Operate, maintain, and repair as necessary the engine cooling water system, lube oil system, and fuel system.
Ensure that the permit to work and isolation systems are strictly adhered.
Carry out maintenance according to the Company Maintenance Management System guidelines.
Ensure that reports for the repair and maintenance of equipment are accurate and complete.
Perform daily inspections and planned maintenance.
Maintain main engine log recording daily consumption.
Actively participate in the Safety Management Systems.
Ensure housekeeping is maintained in assigned areas.
Perform all emergency duties as per designation on the station bill.
