Effectively and efficiently carried out transactions pertaining to all facets of Branch Operations, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the Banks service standards, in order to add value to the Banks operations and strategic objectives.
Carried out all formalities related to Account Opening for individual and commercial customers, in line with Bank/SBP Regulations. Ensured proper preparation of reports, logs and registers pertaining to all operational activities i.e Cheque Book processing & Issuance/Account Opening/Issuance of local remittances/Locker Room records/etc.
Maintained a vigilant framework and practice in updating of Customer Risk Profiles, KYCs, and carrying out periodic reviews i.e. CDD, EDD, as required by Bank/SBP Policies, in order to meet regulatory requirements.
Contributed in branch deposit, maintain ETB and onboard NTB in term of deposit mobilization and cross selling (Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card etc)
Provided high quality customer service while conducting customer’s transactions related to Cash deposit & withdrawal, Dealing with National Prize Bonds, Utility Bills accepting, Fund Transfers, Issuance of PO/DD/Banker Cheque, Inward/Outward Clearing & Collection, Stop/Release Payments, Home Remittances strictly in accordance with the policies and procedures implemented by BAL and SBP.
