Recently i am working in Kansai Paint Iranian as Senior Quality Control Officer, Leading the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team of three different departments.

Complete grip on all raw material testing including solvents, resin, additive and pigments.
Complete grip on testing of Automotive Peugeot, ASTM and Renault testing.

I worked in Asif Rafiq Plastic Industry Jeddah Saudi Arabia, as a Quality Control Engineer for 2 years ,there my duties was to maintain quality of the products, Testing of products and raw material, making daily production and quality reports, evaluation of new samples, troubleshooting of problems occurs during production, change of molds, major work include changing of Injection Molding Machine srew drive motor bearings, seal of carriage cylinder, change of bearing of injection machine main motor and pump, weekly service maintenance of compressors. I've also some work experience of BLOWN FILM MACHINE where prodution of HDPE and LLDPE Films was going, troubleshooting of the problems occur during production and QC. I have one year experience as a Research Chemist in Printing Inks Company, my duties there was to evaluate the new samples of raw material, development of new inks, management of QC staff, doing changes if necessary to enhance the quality of inks during production, Trouble shooting of the problems occur during printing, taking Corrective and preventive actions for resolving costumer complaints. I have working experience with Rotogravure and Flexographic Inks which include water base inks, NC base Inks, PA base inks.

My responsibilities as a QMS Engineer are,
Working on implementation of ISO 90012015.
Development and revision of QC Manual and QMs Documents
Development of SOPs and its revision.
Coordinate with all departments for train or guide them about the ISO implementation.
Implementation and training of Lean management techniques i.e. 5S, Kaezan, 7-QC Tools, Statistical Process control.
Maintain Calibration of equipment from external and internal personnel and maintaining the record of it.
Perform internal audits for implementation of ISO 90012015 according to international standards.
Data Analysis of Quality Control by using Minitab, Visio and Microsoft Excel Software.
Participates in the Advanced Product Quality Planning meetings to review existing quality assurance systems and implements procedural revisions when deemed necessary.
Performing monthly vendor evaluation.
Give trainings to new workers and employees regarding ISO process, Lean management Techniques, 5S, Kaezan
QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER:
Making of daily quality reports i.e. check reports, weight reports, material receiving inspection and report, dock audit inspection.
Perform in process inspections at the machine and point of an assembly, Inspection of Finished Machined parts
Responsible for maintaining calibration of inspection shop gauges, and maintaining records of measuring and monitoring devices.
Collaborate with customers, engineers and production manager to ensure all aspects of quality are met in a timely manner.
Prepared company quality standards and manuals for Quality Assurance personnel. Prepared working personnel and working places for ISO certification. Approved new molds. Verification and testing of new products. Completed samples for marketing department. Reported to plant manager. (Blow Film Machine, Injection molding, Vertical injection molding).
Assist in mold setting and machine setting of Haitian Injection Molding Machine (2000, 2500kN), troubleshooting the problems occurs during process i.e. short mold, Flash, Sink marks and color variation etc.
Mold changing and assist all the details of the process and setting of mold after new mold fit on the machine.
Making the daily production report and send it to higher management, daily morning meetings regarding the production plan.
Weekly and monthly maintenance of SHNNI chillers and compressors and keeping of its record.
Major Assist works include the, bearings of machine motor drive unit and seals of carriage cylinder and changing of bearings of main machine motor, and replacement of vane pump cartridge .
my duties as chemist are following,
• Evaluation of the new samples of pigments, resin and waxes etc given by the supplier and compared them with the standard then making of final report.
• Color matching of the sample given by the customer on the desired substrate.
• Visiting and resolving the complaints of the customers, run trial of the new developed inks.
• Quality assurance of the inks, pastes and varnishes batches produced.
• Daily at least two hour visit of the Dynamic Packaging Printing Department for troubleshooting and resolving the complaints of the inks.
I worked in Dynamic Packaging as a Ink Store Incharge for two months where I learned troubleshooting, color matching, and handling of colors on ROTOMEC 888 Printing Machine.
