I am an MBA (Marketing and Services majors) having 10+.years of solid work experience.
Currently working as Operational Excellence Consultant with Techexones (Pvt.) Ltd. on their deployment and activation project of Office 365 Cloud at K - Electric.
Till September 2016, I was working with Back Check Group Singapore as Enterprise GRC Manager where I was primarily responsible for Corporate Planning affairs, ISO 9001 (QMS), Compliance of Organizational Policy framework, Operational Excellence, audits and inspections (RCA), PMO, Expectation management of the Board of Directors w.r.t strategic alignment with Business and Support functions, KPI development and dashboard management. Plus, I also worked as Manager HR & Admin.
I launched my career from Content Quality Assurance. After which I moved to Customer Support and Sales. At Wall Master, I got acquainted with running complete business model form product acquisition from overseas suppliers and to the selling at retail stores and directly to the customer base. Continuing my career in the service industry I joined PTCL Contact Center. After PTCL I got the exposure to international clientele when I worked with Absolute Source and Global Communications (both are US Based outbound BPOs). Spent seven wonderful years in TradeKey starting from customer support executive till I was leading as Manager PMO.

o Provide operational consultancy in the deployment and activation project of Ofice365 Cloud @ K - Electric.
o Liaise with Premier Systems Limited and KE w.r.t expectation management and deployment statuses.
