I am a seasoned development professional with considerable experience in the local and international development sector working in community development, public policy and implementation of SDGs with the not for profit and public sector. I also hold a postgraduate qualification in Management of Development from University of Turin, ITCILO, Italy.
· Support government departments in formulating and revising laws, policies and strategies to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls
· Document lessons learnt and comparative experiences from global activities on violence against women, human rights and governance
· Assist in preparing internal documents such as terms of reference, call for proposals, meeting notes, field visits reports, briefings and other project documents
· Draft documents for various external audiences such as concept notes, project proposals, fact sheets, presentations, project updates and donor reports
· Identify and establish collaborations and partnerships with government departments, CSOs, donors and UN agencies working on Violence against Women, Governance and Human rights
· Support civil society organisations in collecting data and conducting research
· Create session planners for monthly training sessions
· Conduct monthly youth training sessions with participants (approx. 100 participants)
· Engage all participants in weekly mentoring meetings. Also Support the youth in planning and implementation of the sustainable and effective social action projects in their areas and communities
· Produce weekly and monthly reports on all activities and trainings
· Collect and store all needed records related to program implementation, e.g. attendance sheets, participant feedback, training photos, etc.
· Social media marketing, executing events, planning and developing training and workshops for schools
