A swimmer, Lean, IE and ME practitioner for past seven years in cross-cultural, multi-national work places and brands like Adidas, Decathlon, Seven Eleven. I always enjoy working in projects which are challenging in terms of productivity improvement, leadership, delivering high standards and KPIs. My previous work assignments include Pilot runs of new products, work-study, ergonomics, gadgets design.
By others I am seen as practical, trustworthy and dedicated.
My objective is to become one of best versions of Industrial Engineers globally equipped with much needed leadership and technical skills to excel to the top rank in the industry.
Style inquiry and development
• Assign tasks to Prepare Operation bulleting and SAM and then verify personally. Check Estimated SAM, Outputs and efficiency levels for pre-costing, pre-planning, Style feasibility.
• Attend for the product development meeting and provide proactive input.
• Attend to do the mock line or test run for new article.
• Submit Estimated SMV, Outputs and efficiency levels for Production planning
Pre-production
• Issue and discuss operation bulleting with Production and technical staff on processes and process sequence before doing line sample. Attend for line sample with the production and quality staff.
• Prepare line layouts and discuss and confirm with production and technical staff. Prepare manpower allocation for layouts in advanced to the line feeding.
• Prepare and attend on general skill development plan, supervise fresher training and training center activities. Prepare machine, attachment and manpower requirements based on latest production schedules- only style wise.
• Manage Machine Yard that all the machines should be in running and when needed directly available for induction in line.
• Follow up and make sure to available required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
• Manage Training School for new induction in Lines
Line feeding/New style introduction
• Attend in new style introduction
• Instruct and train workers on correct methods as motion sequins include in desired SMV.
• Arrange for best work place arrangements as method desired on SMV with maintaining a style check list.
• Explain the SMV, Targets and plan efficiency levels to each and every Supervisor and tell them to train their workers.
• Play an active role on reducing line feeding losses, by applying quick changeover methods.
Running Production and day to day works
• Capacity study of all layout/Operations at two to three days after feeding
• SMV revision and confirmation with comparing the capacity after complete the capacity study.1st line layout re-balancing based on actual capacities and as per potential plan.
• Find the bottle necks, technical and quality issues and attend to solve with addressing to the responsible persons
• Organize and conduct daily efficiency meeting with production staff.
• Achieve planed production targets and line efficiencies.
General
• Performance evaluation of workers and factory staff. Do the grading.
• Introducing and monitoring incentive schemes/Motivation tools.
