<div><p>ü Accountable for health &amp; Safety performance at site</p> <p>ü  Completion of Major Oil Depot Projects &amp; Shutdowns without major accident, fire and injury</p> <p>ü  Utilization of minimum resources to get maximum performance</p> <p>ü  To ensure compliance of HSE management system for both contractor &amp; client</p> <p>ü  Ensure each new staff received HSE induction</p> <p>ü  Deployment plan for HSE team</p> <p>ü  Cardinal Rules briefing to HSE Team &amp; manpower in detail</p> <p>ü  JSA’s &amp; Waiver/exemption documents for TA</p> <p>ü  Implement the given requirements by vigilant monitoring &amp; increasing awareness by multiple trainings</p> <p>ü  Pre Job site visits to identify the potential hazards and arrangement for their elimination</p> <p>ü  Prepare &amp; keep record for all HSE documents like HSE policy, MS, JSA/TRA, TPI cert., ERP plan, PTW, TBT, Orientation, training/drills record, Checklists, Audit reports, First Aid record &amp; technical staff cards, HSE Flayer record etc.</p> <p>ü  Monthly Incident Report preparation</p> <p>ü  Identify and work to eliminate site hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, client, and subcontractor management toward achieving an injury-free work place</p> <p>ü  Practical demonstration of CPR to the workers and staff</p> <p>ü  Ensure the fire protection system in the business operations are in full swing and maintained its Integrity</p> <p>ü  Ensure the compliance of PTW at all jobs</p> <p>ü Ensure Risk assessments are carried out</p> <p>ü  Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues and plans/progress toward resolving issues and eliminating hazards</p> <p>ü  HSE inspections (power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, PPEs, and plant machinery)</p> <p>ü HSE Monitoring before, during and after jobs like Radiography, Excavation, Crane operation, Hot work, Rigging, work at height etc.</p> <p>ü Accident &amp; Incident investigation &amp; reporting</p> <p>ü Regular meeting with HSE site team for compliance</p></div>
