Taraqee Foundation with the financial support of UNHCR implementing a Afghan Refugee focused project namely "Safe form the Start" where the main job description as follow;
1. To ensure smooth implementation of operations at three skills development centers.
2. To conduct regular visits to skills development centers to monitor the presence of beneficiaries and their learning progress.
3. Developed and maintained a monthly workplan and reports of staff including lesson learned
4. Maintained an organized and systematic filing system for all program documents, ensuring timely update, accuracy, and easily accessible records.
5. Documentation key program activities including success stories, case studies, interns record, sales, and inventory management.
6. Oversee E-Commerce and Marketing section of the project.
7. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials and services.
8. Monitor resource usage and manage resource conflicts.
9. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including skills center staff, beneficiaries, and management.

In the project "Geographic Coverage Support System -GCSS" RIZ Consulting and Rayn Group help polio program to identify the missed areas and ensure maximam coverage of vaccination throught the country and following roles were performed;
1. To assist regional head in selection of potential candidates.
2. To assist client and stakeholders for trainings and meetings with district administration.
3. To organize orientation session and training of polio staff and teams in union council and district level.
4. Handing and taking over of inventories to district field teams.
5. Disbursement of cash to field teams and maintain their documentation.

Development Organization for Social Transformation with the financial aid of Action Aid implemented a project in Quetta City with the title “Promoting Peace in Quetta through culture and arts”, the key roles of field officer were as follow.
1.To supervise the program team in the planning, execution, and implementation of the project.
2. Formation of 45 youth groups in Quetta to promote peace and arts.
3. To organize project Meetings, Dialogues, Sports tournaments, Trainings, Theaters, poetic gathering etc
4. Communication with Stakeholders and Government official for smooth implementation of project.
5. To provide support to program, admin, and finance team to maintain organized files.
6. Engaged with community leaders for smooth implementation of the project.
7. Conducted regular visits to youth groups and build the capacity for community-based volunteers.
College of Youth Activism and Development (CYAAD) with the funding of USAID, DAI, NED performed different project in Quetta, Noshki, Loralai, Sibbi and Killa Saifullah, main roles of Youth Development Officer were as mentioned below.

2. Enhance their capacity building through training and meetings.
3. Motivate them to conduct social action projects at community level.
