Manage, supervise and coordinate production, process and distribution activities of Plant
.• Develop and execute plant maintenance and initiatives to improve safety, reliability and quality.
• Prepare process schedules and production orders keeping in view Stock position of Raw Materials and Inventory of Spare Parts.
• Prepare work procedures and duty assignments.• Supervision of Process Activities at Cracking Reactors & Palletisers.
• Set up & monitoring of parameters for smooth and risk free plant operation.
• Maintain a Shutdown and Turnaround work list and schedule, efficient use of downtime.
• Process control through DCS.• Maintain and follow industry codes, standards, regulations and company standards.• Maintain awareness of technology development opportunities.
• Planning and executing of major and minor plant maintenance activities including management and interaction with company contractors to look after their activities.
• Execution of Site Contingency Plan during an incident.
• Maintain Logbooks / Log sheets
.• Calculate feed consumption on daily basis.
• Participation in plant shutdown planning, execution, inspection, in-time completion, modifications, analysis, startup and post startup feedback analysis.
• Develop and implement production planning, tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to detect and minimize down time.
