Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing vendors & suppliers, technical
inventory, and technical team.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of Repair and Maintenance works with his supervisor.
• Schedule meetings and manage executive requests.
• Updating and maintaining assets and preventive maintenance task information.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly staff rosters.
• Gathering information to complete monthly reports for routine maintenance.
• Managing and operating day-to-day routine tasks off Campus efficiently and reporting them to Line
Manager.
• Maintain and update Admin-related records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Order and maintain campus supplies and equipment. Ensure that the campus is well-maintained and
organized.
• Ensure availability and usage of company-provided tools, equipment, and materials in the workshop.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for the physical infrastructure, including HVAC systems,
plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components.
• Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Successfully performs installation and commissioning, as well as conducts maintenance of
switchgear, star-delta panels, the interlocking of relays, switches, and control valves.
• Designs and maintains 3 phase induction motors starters, DOLcircuits, electrical equipment for industrial
purposes as well as conducts a wide range of engineering tasks by operating Engineering equipment.
• Performs the electrical control wiring, power wiring, andpanel designing as per system.
• Maintain electrical and electronic equipment; conducts calculations related to sizing and selection of the
mentionedsystems.
• Supervises and trains project team members along with estimating and maintaining material costs for
budget preparation and electrical equipment for team building aswell as effective utilization.
• Schedule and perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including distribution
panels, wiring, lighting, and other related components. Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and
address potential issues before they become problems.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for electrical-related incidents. Provide support during
power outages or other electrical emergencies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in facility management processes. Stay informed about industry
best practices and incorporate them when applicable.

Contribute highly in the installation, commissioning and designing as well as maintenance of electrical
panels,electrical schematic drawings, and control panels.
• Surveying and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical assets.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the water and waste water
operation.
• Planning of project, estimation and execution.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development.
