Supervising overall operation and maintenance of plants during commissioning of plant.
Material Balance for new projects using hand calculations.
Study and drawing of PFDs, PIDs and isometric drawings of projects and to check the accuracy and errors.
Preparing plant layout for equipments and system arrangements.
Managing work through proper conceptions, pre-production through to completion.
Calculation of BOQs for different projects within factory.
Cost estimation and budget allocation for different projects.
Provide services related to process engineering and mechanical engineering as required.
Overseeing the maintenance and control of process after completion of projects.
Preparing test plans and completing all the testing according to plans.
Write a shift report on daily progress and day to day activities performed in the plant and report to managers.
Preparing daily production report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Make sure safe work for all the working staff by generation Safe System of Work and taking all safety precautions before start-up/shut down.
To coordinate and monitor subcontractors activities and keeping up to date of material and consumable tools for fabrication.
