Worked on Huwei-Ufone MS Project C2 & C3 regions. Equipment to be maintained in routine which covers Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) includes AC/DC Power system, Diesel Generators, Fire detection & Suppression System (FDSS), Fueling, Circuit breakers, Air conditioning/HVAC Systems and Grounding. Monitoring of fire protection systems HVAC equipment maintenance which control system to regulate the operation of a heating and/or air conditioning system. Electrical distribution panels maintenance. Preventive & corrective maintenance of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panel. Plumbing work which covers water system piping /water drainage piping for Arconditioning system. Familiar to BMS allows you to monitor and control each electrical and mechanical component in your operation and is built in compliance with building requirements and government regulations. Monitoring of Installation and operation of battery banks. Daily dashboard monitoring. Project Budgeting & Cost Controlling. Analyze CM requests to identify repetitive problems & come up with technical solutions. Monitor site Key Performance Indicator, Report & take immediate action as necessary. Track and solve all technical issues, provide necessary technical support and suggestions promptly. Develop a computer aided maintenance management database to enable easy data retrieval and status monitoring. Conduct anual Rectifier/UPS battery discharging activity. Diesel Generators Perkins 1300/2300/2800 series Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance. Maintain Air conditioning/HVAC system to maintain the equipment hall temperature as per SOPs. Check and monitored all grounding pits are properly maintained/ cleaned & values under defined limits of all equipment. Take necessary measurements regarding  Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) & make sure the availability of EHS requirement like safety shoes, helmet, safety gloves, first aid box & safety goggles. Arrange technical training sessions to achieve desired results from dedicated team & also occasionally arrange extra-curricular activities. Immediate action on reported critical alarms at core locations (System on Battery, Low Voltage, High Temperature/humidity, Main Failure, DG Fail, Fuel Low etc). Cordination with finance and commercial team for Invoices and regional cash disbursment.

Worked on Huawei-Ufone MS Project and Key responsibilities was to manage more than 20 team members with coordination of Regional TLs including Electrical/Mechanical Engineers & Technicians who working on core locations and admin offices of Ufone.

Managed the team work, maintain detail record, Troubleshooting, fault removal feasibility, inspection and quality check for the installation of Electrical system ( ATS Panel etc), Diesel Generator (upto 635KVA Perkins), WAPDA Transformer , earth system, Fire Suppression System, Air Conditioning system, Rectifier system, UPS, battery bank, water distribution & drainage system.
Project planning & scheduling.
Attend the meetings in Head Office held by customer or top management & provide the solutions to mitigate the running issues & future planning to enhance the network efficiency.
Dealing with Finance/HR/Procurement departments related issues.
Handle the teams for effective PM/CM work at remote locations & take pro-actively precautionary measurements for smooth network.
Coordinate with All Site supervisors to deal with engineering management of client.
Responsible for the project implementation as a representative of the company and a coordinator between the company and client in the project implementation phase.
Strong implementation of daily health check list for Electrical, Generators, ATS, UPS, Rectifiers, Battery banks, Air conditioning system/HVAC, Fire Suppression System with all accessories.
Plan and arrange counseling sessions for technical teams for how to deal with client for smooth network operation.
Coordinate with WAPDA coordinator in case of CP related issues.
Preparation of monthly Invoices data and follow up for PO/PR till E-Invoicing.
Dealt with client for all Quotations, invoices & emailing.
