Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive MIS system to support the organization's business objectives.

Collect and analyze data from internal/ external sources to identify trends or issues in operations or performance.

Prepare reports on a regular basis for senior management review.

Develop queries and dashboards in order to provide timely access to data.

Create process automation solutions.

Develop procedures and protocols for data collection and analysis.

Stay abreast of new technologies in the field of MIS.

Ensure proper security measures are taken when handling sensitive information.

1- Responsible for liaison with sales team members for deliveries.
2- Responsible for coordinating with logistics regarding material availability & amendments.
3- Responsible for coordination with the bar bending team regarding u-bend material
4- Coordinate with the fleet team regarding vehicle planning for the planned deliveries
5- Responsible for coordination with drivers regarding deliveries.
6- Taking proper follow-up from Logistics, Bar bending & fleet teams regarding deliveries & Outbound Delivery amendments

1- Perform and coordinate warehouse processes, from inbounds to outbound, on a timely basis
2- Ensure work areas are clean, neat, and organized to be able to facilitate order fulfillment and restocking activities
3- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient good flow and accurate inventory count
4- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
