Develop monthly and quarterly work plans of all the CoPC+ sites and present to the Provincial AIDS Control Program.
Facilitate joint monitoring of activities of activities at CoPC+ sites, sharing monthly monitoring plan with PACP/NZF.
Facilitate and coordinate ART referral from CoPC+ sites to treatment centers.
Develop and regularly share project reports with PACP, NZ/GFATM about progress as well as prepare and province specific progress report.
Establish level of coordination with other HIV/AIDS prevention and stigma reduction program/NGOs at the province level in consultation with PACP.
Advocate for all program objectives at provincial level.
Participate in project related meetings/trainings organized by the PR office as and when required.
Regularly access NZMIS (GFATM approved) and subsequently share report with PACP management.
Ensure implementation of all project activities to be undertaken in the province as required under the Global Fund Grant Supervisor and monitor assigned activities on a specified monitoring proforma.
Project Designing and Planning
Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs
Undertake field visits
Design and develop project strategies including communication and gender strategies
Develop monitoring and evaluation tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity
Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress meetings with project team
Support the project team in developing and updating the project risk register
Coordination and Communication
Keep in regular coordination with the project team and provide guidance on the project activities
Maintain regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, consultants, NGOs, law firms, institutions supporting ADR and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership
Attend the relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes
Establish and manage relationships with partners and key stakeholders
Supervise and support the field teams in conducting activities
Support the project team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports)
Review and finalize the reports of key project activities.
Support the project team in designing and developing the training manuals and directly conduct the trainings
Facilitate the workshops and events as part of the project activities
Regular monitoring visits
Responsible for monthly review meetings with senior management and donor
Technical input on development, printing and dissemination of IEC material
Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Any other tasks, as assigned by the Supervisor
Overall Management of Program activities (multi-sectorial).

Social Mobilization and community Development through organizing the local community in village level and UC level community organization and making plans for their development
