To assign rout planes for RSOs & daily, monthly sales targets to Retail Sales Officers been on company targets and sales potential.
To adopt inventing ideas, schemes, for Promotion & sales of company products.
To develop a chain of retailers to selling Zong CM Pak products.
To act a bridge between retailers and Retail Sales officers.
To lunch stall activities where been necessary for sales improvements.
New outlets development and re-activation of outlets.
