To act as an embedded HR function, ensuring HR service delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures with relevant HR tools.

Manage and implement the bonus & annual pay review process accurately and effectively within budget constraints.

To manage end to end recruitment process for Commercial Division along with providing support to Chief Commercial Officer on HR related matters i.e. Talent Development, Organizational Restructuring, HRIS & HR reporting:
Spearhead the recruitment process for Commercial Division.
Address challenges pertaining to workforce diversity i.e. promote & encourage internal mobility, recruitment of disabled candidates
Manage and maintain Divisional organogram whilst ensuring mapped org. charts are continuously updated with 100% accuracy and associated changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner and reflect correctly in HRMS records.
Accurate & Efficient data management and Talent acquisition reporting while ensuring timely communication.
All stakeholders should be educated through awareness sessions on modalities pertaining to recruitment policy & framework.
Provide professional advice, guidance and counselling to commercial team members on matters pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures whilst providing constant feedback to relevant HR Functions in order to maintain best HR practices in the organization.
Develop and maintain effective channels of communication and consultation between management and employees to ensure that employee relations issues are timely and amicably resolved for the commercial division.
While working in close coordination with OD & Training Department, provide coaching, skills transfer and identification of appropriate training interventions for the commercial division staff.

Managing end-to-end recruitment process at Territory Level for all departments [i.e SC, MKT, FIN, HR & IT].
Building & constantly strengthening the talent pool.
Spearhead the employment processing (Offer, employee file documentation, Sap data maintenance, updating status changes in HRIS) and ensure 100% compliance with TA policy and process
Lead the new joiners on-boarding and induction orientation process.

Preparation of Monthly Headcount & Recruitment Forecasting report.
Daily Recruitment Tracker update & Sharing Vacancy Update Report with HO Talent Acquisition team.
Employer Branding
Manage the summer internship programs as per the pre-defined and approved policy and process.
Foster good relationships with management schools and universities and participate in career/job fairs, conduct talent road show etc to build, enhance and maintain an employer of the choice reputation and desired workplace.

Roll out of Performance Management Development session at Territory Level.

Ensure complete participation in Employee Engagement Survey and manage compliance to the survey guidelines.
Learning & Development
Deliver trainings on territory level.
Manage the operational activities of training execution at the respective territory.
Maintain the training hour inventory for respective territory.

To administer the nationwide HRIS and provide support in development and execution of the Learning Calendar. While working closely with the Area Talent Head, managing the operational activities for the Annual Talent Review & capability development:
Provide front line support to TalenT end users & maintaining high data quality in TalenT.
