I'm an experienced Project Management professional having expertise in program implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. I have a Masters degree along with hands-on experience of managing multi-input projects along with implementing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems at district level in Lasbela, Balochistan. Besides this, I have hands-on experience of developing and or implementing MER frameworks in 6 programs in Pakistan. I have had the great privilege to mentor, monitor and trained more than Teachers government officials, volunteers, and community members throughout Pakistan. Moreover,I have directly been involved in tracking the progress of targeted beneficiaries in almost 80 villages of Balochistan. Similarly, I have hands-on experience of data collection, collation and verification for its quality, authenticity and accountability purpose along with reporting the same to the higher management to take informed decisions writ respect developmental results and quality of service delivery.
I have also volunteerly supported MERF during its Nutrition Survey project in Lasbela, Balochitan.
As a District Manager, I am leading the district team in overall administration, coordination, supervision and program management of Education Improvement programme that was mainly focusing on improving learning outcomes, enrollment and transition of out-of-school children and in-school children in District Lasbela.
Provide technical inputs to implement the program/project activities achieve project targets and provide leadership to the teams.
Maintain directory of target beneficiaries of all programs / projects
Develop strong liaison with district departments and coordinate with team members and management to meet the project objectives/targets with sustainability.

Under the guidance of the Country M&E Manager and District Manager, I work with the program team to collect store, manage and disseminate data and prepare and complete monthly monitoring forms on – time and accurately.
Monitor and facilitate the activities; Baseline Survey on Education, Assessment of children, Whole School Improvement Program, Literacy Camps, ECE Classes, Govt. and Para Teacher Trainings.
Monitor and facilitate the Baithaks (Community meetings) held at village level. o Monitor and facilitate the methodologies of activities to be conducted in the field.
Development/improvement of the data/information management tools including reporting formats and database for overall assessment of the respective sectors.
Assist program team with donor reporting.
Collect case studies and stories. o Assist in preparing periodical program updates/reports.
Carry out regular onsite monitoring of projects as directed by M&E Manager, District Manager and Technical coordinators and provide on spot necessary guidance.
Maintain proper filling system of monitoring and data related documents.
Carry out such other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Participate in relevant trainings as and when required.
Conducted evaluation of strengthening field staff in Lasbela (STEP) Project at the card in Lasbela Pakistan.
Assess project for its relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability and reported on the same.
Carried our field M&E and technical facilitation visits to provided technical support and evidence-based recommendations for course-correction and project management.
Prepare required analytical/progress reports on M&E findings; Developed & ensured usage of the database.
As a Branch Manager, I was leading the district team in overall administration, coordination, supervision and program management of livelihood Improvement programme that was mainly focusing on development of physical infrastructure, transfer of assets and provision of livelihood generating vocational training to marginalized population in Baluchistan.
Formation of PTSMCs (Parents Teachers School Management Committees) and close liaison with Education department.
Conduct broad-based community meetings regarding formation of PTSMCs, notification these PTSMCs from Education department.
To attend meetings at provincial level regarding project briefs and progress sharing.
To assist PTSMCs for briefing them their role and responsibilities.
Also monitoring of all programs, evaluate impact of projects, facilitation of internal and external evaluation of organization’s programs and projects.
