• Prepare & record bank and cash payment vouchers and maintain their ledgers. • Reconcile financial differences by collecting and analyzing account. • Monitor inventory reports and valuate quantity & quality of stock on daily bases. • Make and record conversions according to the reports provided but factory. • Coordinate with marketing regarding tender preparation document. • Maintains records and coordinates the periodic safety inspection and testing of     Specialized utilityequipment. • Properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials and associated back orders.
