Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Handling cash including received and payment.
Prepare and verify daily reports.
Prepare daily income/sales.
Prepare daily deposits of cash sales receipts.
Reconcile bank account.
Compile monthly reports.
Investigate and collect returned item.
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
