- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents, edit documents for accuracy.
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
- Performs additional duties when required, including drafting and organising the filing system
- Managing filling system and record keeping of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain of Administration daily records, ledger and registers.
- Receive and forward all types of goods to the correct point of storage area.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and
agreed quantity has been received.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Complete requisition forms for supplies and manages inventories on weekly, monthly
and quarterly basis.
- Also worked as Local items Purchase Officer.
- Activation of new numbers over the helpline.
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and resolving their complaints regarding services.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product and services.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Over all data of customers is stored in SEIBEL.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Provide proper product, packages and service information to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
