In 1999, I joined KFC Pakistan, starting my career as a team member. Understanding the depth of all the ground realities, promoted as All Star, then team leader, then shift supervisor, assistant manager and so on, setting all the growth milestones, in the year 2008 I was given the post of Restaurant General Manager. In 2012, based on performance, I got an even bigger opportunity and made my place in Finance Department at the head office as a Sr. Executive Finance and promoted as a Asst. Manager Finance in 2017. I finally said goodbye to KFC in August 2018 after nearly 20 years of following experiences in various fields including head office.

Food Costing:

Monitoring and analyzing costs.

Reconcile the Petty Cash expenses as per SOP of nationwide store(s) before disbursement.
Reconcile third party delivery partners’ revenue with POS details to ensure accurate amounts are deducted/remitted.
Conducting the sessions for reviewing P&L to the second line of Restaurant’s management.

Being a RGM at KFC Restaurant was responsible for entire restaurant management that includes various activates manly includes sales, marketing, human resource, customer management activities other responsibilities were:

• To generate sales exceeding the budgeted targets by focusing on KFC standards in terms of customer satisfaction & delivering excellent product Quality.
 Conducting training and motivation sessions for Restaurant Teams.
• Controlling on food wastage & cost variance it should not increase more than 0.5% every month.
