Officer Grade - II
i) To coordinate with insurance companies, other agencies for implementing and settlement of insurance calamity claims relating to CLIS, LISB & TLIS in the Bank.
ii) To prepare replies / correspondence for all reference received from field functionaries, regarding calamity claims of CLIS, LISB & TLIS.
iii) To prepare / update / reconcile data regarding CLIS, LISB & TLIS claims settlement.
iv) To pursue and take remedial measures for prompt Settlement of pending insurance claims.
v) To attend all references / queries / correspondences and implementing the Tractor Loan Insurance Scheme (TLIS) in the Bank.
vi) To prepare replies / correspondence for all reference received from PMDU / Prime Minister Office under Pakistan citizen’s portal, regarding claims of CLIS, LISB & TLIS.
vii) To Deal matters pertaining to audit paras raised by the commercial auditors / internal auditors pertaining to calamity of CLIS, LISB & TLIS.
viii) To arrange the external visits to field offices as and when required after the approval from the competent authority.
ix) Maintain leave record of this department.
