RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation / distribution of Daily dispatch plan
Responsible of 100 achievement of daily dispatch plan.
Arrangement of Transport according to daily dispatches
Coordinate with Transporters for their fixed transport arrangement according to their plan
Coordinate with dealers for their daily load distribution
Coordinate with RSM's / TSE's for their regional dispatches.
Coordinate with Packing amp Loading at plant office for availability of packing material according to daily requirement.
Coordinate with Sales amp planning regarding daily dispatches according to dispatch plan and to make sure all dealers submitted their funds according to their load.
Control and process all dispatch documentations coming through the concerned of Dispatch by export, sales admin, sales planning, territory sales and procurement.
Monitoring the work flow in cement export warehouse to ensure of order execution taking in consideration the preparation and availability of necessary documentation on time.
Coordinate between transporters in order to assure of plan execution and timely of order delivery.
Preparing logistics monthly plan/budget and update the transporters data regularly.
Analyzing hourly dispatch rates and contact packing department in order to reporting of low rate of dispatch/less weight to enhance hourly productivity/goods condition.
Arrange the required transportation to accomplish sales plan without any delays and as per the company strategy.
Check the daily dispatch plan coming through sales planning and update it regularly.
Reporting to Head section of logistics and dispatch for any customer problems, and facilitate all customer care for smooth dispatching.
Reporting to IT Department for any problems in the business application related to Dispatch and logistics to keep dispatching running smoothly.
Control meticulously all needed documentation, process same data coming from sales, export, transporter and procurement departments. And feed it in business application.
preparing necessary reports required by Head of Logistics, Distribution sales manager, export Manager, commercial Director, technical office and finance such as-
o Daily Customers Dispatch, Daily Productivity, Hourly Dispatches and pending quantity reports.
o Commercial invoice, Packing list and sales tax invoices (for export).
o Transport reports i.e.

Monthly target Vs achievement
Monthly Dispatch plan variation
Monthly export (Afghanistan amp India) customer

Coordinate with all colleagues working as per set SOP's / JD's.
Report to Manager for daily dispatch plan execution and to make sure exact / correct figures according to dispatches.
Discuss routine queries / obstacles and takes corrective measures amp preventive action on it.
