Processing annual payments of over Rs 63 billion. These include payroll, O&M Contracts, Capex, Legal, Marketing, Consultancy, Travel, Medical, CSR Activities, IT Licensing and Government Regulatory Dues.
Monthly online disbursing payroll of 17,000 employee + 5500 Outsource staff across Pakistan in just two days. Turnover time of capex payments have been brought to one month from average two months, within last four months. We plan to further reduce this.
Last year centralized over 1.6 B payments and recently centralized payment of around 5500 electricity bills of all PTCL.

Implemented paperless online workflow-based payment process with all verification and approvals in system leading to CHQ printing with digital signature.
Handling all electronic and print media payments with successful closure of multiple contracts with leading media agencies after comprehensive reconciliation processes covering outstanding dues, GST and withholding Tax issues.
Implement different SAP based modules for efficient payments and timely reporting to management.
Designed and implement system-based reports for reconciliation of Income tax and GST withholding and their timely payment through FBR portal.
