Generate GRN (Good Receive Note) of all received material.

Organize and supervise Warehouse and Head office activities.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Monitor attendance and prepare monthly attendance summary.
Responsibilities.
• Translate all the communication of Chinese into English.
• Taking queries from the customer for the recovery of payments.
• Keeping the record of all receipt of unload and sold chemical (Naphthalene).
• Sending the reports on daily basis to finance Manager.
• Maintaining the attendance and salary of staff.
• Maintaining the records of shipment of chemical.
Job Responsibilities.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies.
• Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
• Maintaining the record of all receipt of unloaded and issued material.
• Sending the reports on daily basis to head office and consultant.
• Orders replacement supplies as needed.
• Maintaining the attendance and salary of labor.
• Tracking the records of shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create and maintaining list of prospect clients.
• Maintaining and monitoring project work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Determining project changes.
• Develop project reports for management and clients.
• Work with Manager in change order management, project tracking and document control activities.
