? Planning: Prepare and review of the project plans throughout the project implementation period and up-date the Project Manager
? Funding: Oversee budget utilization and keep informed the Project Manager
? Project Implementation: Ensure timely and smooth implementation of the project in the district and liaison with the implementing partners to ensure timely implementation of the project. Maintain project record according to EU standards.
Progress of all Results;
Result 1: TVET institutions deliver accredited, market-driven, competency-based training
Curricula and work-skills training appropriate for rural youth, women, and young people with disabilities:
Through YEEP 07 targeted TVET institutions strengthened to design and deliver market driven TVET, Training to support young people to secure viable employment.
Result 2: Employers formally linked with targeted TVET institutions and contributing to the design of competency-based curricula, and supporting job placements and apprenticeships for trained youth:
Under this result, partner has signed MOU with 13 employers which are offering the internship facility to the graduated youth.
Result 3: 3,694 vulnerable young men and women supported to access free TVET, youth
Enterprise training, workforce skills training, and job placement support:
Under this result, 1057 youth have been trained in both tehsils in which 64% trained youth are women youth. 30 youth with disabilities have been identified in which 23 have already trained.

Result 4: Increased recognition of the value of vocational training amongst 133 communities particularly for young women and youth living with disabilities:
Under this result 82 villages have been selected so forth in which 48 villages selected from Rojhan tehsil; in order to maximize outreach these villages have been selected. 106 Youth groups have been formed so forth having the 1857 membership. District Youth forum has been formed and registration process is ongoing to give the legal status

• Develop strategy of community interaction for the social organizers and hold first dialogues Meetings with the communities
• Identification and Assessment of FFW/FFT Schemes in the project areas in consultation with Food Aid Coordinator and the relevant PICs.
• Train the social organizers and PICs on FFW/FFT scheme implementation methodologies.
• Ensure quality of work and timely completion of all the FFW/FFT schemes as per deadline.
• Present and facilitate in capacity building events designed for the beneficiaries.
• Reporting of issues and their possible solutions to the Food Aid coordinator.
• Develop regular scheme monitoring system and train the PIC members how to conduct Monitoring visit to the scheme.
• Comply with the requirements of Save the Children’s Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.
• Arrange and coordinate in livelihood trainings in respective area, Preparing case studies & success stories
• Support the Social Mobilization team in developing a detailed implementation plan
• Preparing Monthly , quarterly and weekly work plans as well as monitoring reports
• To coordinate and liaise with government line departments develop linkages with both Government line departments, NGOs and private sector organizations to ensure that technical assistance to be provided by the line departments
• Assist the Food Aid Coordinator in other tasks like(project proposal ) and perform other related duties as required by the Senior Management and requirement of the donors

? To ensure that commodities are physically monitored while stored at the warehouse
transporting to and from warehouse/distribution centers including client satisfaction and reporting of the food commodities are efficiently maintained.
? To monitor the transportation of all commodities from warehouse to the final distribution points and to monitor, document and report all loss due to loading, off-loading, transporting, storing and distribution.
? Make sure physical count of the warehouse is taken and dispatched on a fortnight basis.
? Ensure that information concerning food distribution schedules is disseminated well in advance to the relevant beneficiary
? Assist and monitor appropriate distribution of commodities to eligible recipients/beneficiaries according to the approved distribution plan and as per ration size.
? Randomly monitor the distributed commodities after they have been received by the
beneficiaries at the distribution point.
? Monitor all non-distributed commodities, at the end of the distribution period, are documented and returned to the warehouse, accompanied with a waybill.
? Ensure all commodity dispatch, delivery, distribution and loss is documented correctly.

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the assistance programme at the local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners;
• Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as food deliveries, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly recorded, damaged or suspected to be damaged;
• Supervise the efficient distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements and verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to Field Officers and others on the distribution;
• Assist in the conduct of regular meetings of refugee leaders and implementing partners on the commodity pipeline, distribution arrangements, food entitlements and other relevant issues;
• Assist in the implementation of the plan of action, review achievement and constraints and provide feedback accordingly;
• Assist the WFP Officer and implementing partners in encouraging women's access to economic skills development and sensitizing public opinion on gender issues and gender focused activities;
• Report periodically to the WFP Officer on relevant events regarding food management, distribution and other related issues;
• Identify any apparent issues in the programme and report them to the appropriate personnel;
• Supervise and train other personnel as appropriate;
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Identification of the community infrastructures schemes and assured the community participation in implementation & Create sense of ownership in community.
• Proper guidance for their resource mobilization and Sensitize communities about their rights.
• Attend & Coordinate meeting with line agencies, NGOs, Banks and other development institutions.
• Developed & Coordinate training module and events for various community and staff trainings with cooperation of Human Resource Department.
• Prepare the investment plans & portfolio of opportunities with the organized communities.
• Linkages development with various NGO’s, Line agencies and micro finance institutions with the community for creating sustainable development.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities for submission to the Project Manager.

• Social mobilization on grass root level by guidance and organized them in Community Organization (CO’s) fold.
