Duties/Responsibilities:

Strictly follow IT Security Policy/Guidelines provided by MIS
Report abnormal behavior of PC/ Virus incident to Project Officer
Ensure timely Data Entry and compiles data from the 30 health centres on a regular basis
In case of link breakdown, enter missing date’s data after restoration of communication link.
Transmit verified System generated Daily Report so as to reach Central Office before 8:30 in
next morning
Prepare and transmit other reports as required
At end of the day, take daily backups (documents & emails) on DVDs and shift it to a secure
location
Report System related issues to Manager MIS at Central Office
During link/PC breakdown, record transactions on Manual Input Forms (provided by MIS).
These forms should be used for data entry after restoration of services
Maintain IT Asset Register (hardware & software)
Responsible for all clerical work
Willingness to travel and working for long hours ( need based)
Any other duty assigned by the project officer / higher authority
