Job Description:
 Worked in FI (SAP) module
 Accounts payable transactions, create reports, track income and expenses and check figures for accuracy.
 Pay attention to every pay out with all supporting documents including Quotation, LPO, GRN, Original Invoice, Budget, history of vendor, Account Reconciliation, Client Relationship, dispute resolution and support services.
 Rectification and other addition and deletion to the transaction if required and make sure everything is in order
 Create a booking in SAP GL for all the expenses, prepayments, accruals and others.
 Solution of complex numbers and trying to find disparities and cost-saving areas.
 Communicate the vendor with all issues and take corrective actions to resolve it. Some of major vendor I was communicating to: Google, Microsoft, SAP Germany, Facebook, Twitter and other reputed advertising agencies in Mexico, USA, Australia, and Local health product provider for our healthcare division.

Currently i am working in a capacity of Senior Accountant in Accounts payable and General Ledger areas since February 2016. My responsibilities include followings:

Finance, Accounts and other assignment responsibilities include:

 Finalization of Financial statements and analysis extensively.
 Performed bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
 Reconciliation of Payables and Receivables monthly.
 Establish customer credit line and setup credit account.
 Costing for consignments/shipments (Import).
 Control and review of provisions and their reversals.
 Track and maintain fixed asset ledger & schedules for reporting of fixed assets & recording of depreciation monthly.

 Post journal entries in FACTS, the company general ledger accounting software package
 Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end closing activities.
 Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial reporting matters
 Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management
 Maintain spreadsheets for the purpose of ensuring column end figure of ledgers are managed on a daily basis.
