Prepare Proforma invoice and export documents (shipment advice, commercial invoice and packing list).
Check L/C and propose relevant L/C amendments.
Follow-up with customers regarding shipment and payments.

Responsible for sales and marketing of Sumitomo’s Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP), ExxonMobil mLLDPE and Formosa-Taiwan SPVC grades to industrial and commercial customers in Pakistan.
Prepare and send timely reports to CEO including current market situation, price suggestions, local market conditions, CMD and overall market report.
Negotiate prices with industrial and commercial customers every month at the time of monthly allocation for Pakistan.
Update customers on their L/C, ETA and ETD status.
Prepare the following Reports:
- CMD report, QBR, monthly sales report, polymer market report and brief view
on polymer market - Pakistan (Yearly)
Responsible for managing customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports and also maintaining the correspondence between the sales team and their customers.
Take constant follow-up of sales, coordination, documentation departments and work with their teams for preparing sales reports and presentations.
Prepare formats for sales, coordination, documentation departments in consultation with their departmental representatives.
Manage official documentation and maintain sales-team correspondence with their customers and suppliers.
Update senior manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
