KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Achieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
•Review the territory targets and discuss them with dealers in the territory.
•Persuade dealers to make more sales and procure more quantities of Refrigrator than
previously.
•Facilitate dealers in carrying out various consumer promotional schemes and trade
offers.
•Responsible to increase the Town wise AOP Numbers by Product and by SKUs.
•Development & Achievement of Journey Cycle (JC).
•Develop the Journey Cycle for the quarter and get it approved by BM.
•Visit towns as per journey plan of the assigned territory and quarterly submit it in head office.
•Immediately report to the BM any changes in visit schedules with justifications.
•Meeting Dealers' Requirements.
•Take orders from dealers and ensure they are fulfilled through the Sales Staff.
•Ensure and supervise timely arrival of stock at dealers' location and forward all
Dealers claims to the
•Sales Coordination Staff.
•Receive and listen to dealers' complaints and feedback and discuss them with the BM for resolution.
•Ensure and supervise proper arrangement and execution of promotions, gift schemes, road
show and display at shops.
•Analysis of Market Trend.
•Keep a vigilant eye on competitors' display and strategies in various locations in the
territory.
•Report strategic moves of competitors to the BM.
•Talk to Dealers and Retail for better display at floor space.
•Maintain sales history of each dealers in the assigned territory.
•Identification of Counterfeit, Infringements & Forgeries.
•Identify and report any counterfeit or infringement activities immediately to BM and
Head Office.
•Dealers Stock Covers Monitoring.
•Give a plan of secondary sales to dealers for maintaining stock covers.
•Daily report Town wise Territory Secondary Sales Reporting to Head Office.
•Ensure Territory updated Dealers agreement with Annexure.
•Responsible for management of territory wholesale Vs. Retail
