• Recruit and Onboard new hires.

• Carryout all the operations related to employee’s Attendance, leaves, Provident Fund, Promotions, transfers, grievances, Employees record etc.
• Providing HR Services to the Multinational and National Clients, which includes Payroll & Taxation, Expense Management, Benefits Management, Employee Data Management and Attendance Absence Management.
• Responsible for timely preparation and accurate maintenance of HRSG Outsourcing’s employee records and in compliance with the government regulations.
• Preparing all employment related letters in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times thereby ensuring retention & development of existing client
• Provide employment benefits (EOBI, ESSI, PF, and Gratuity) to the employees based at client’s side.
• Interact with client management on regular basis to discuss all operational matters to ensure smooth relations with the client.
• Preparing monthly Payroll, Journal Voucher, Debits, Final Settlements and Invoices of clients.
• Filing monthly PSIDs and Annual Withholdings for taxation purpose.
• Maintaining tax credits, adjustment and reductions of client.
• Maintain proper record of all the loans and advances.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all government regulations applicable to the HRSG Outsourcing business.
• Provide training of HRMS Portal to clients.
• Assisting in employee engagement programs.
• Managing expense related matters.
• Provide administrative support to senior level executives (those responsible for leading a business/market, corporate department or service line).
• Interface with internal and external parties with respect to highly sensitive issues on behalf of management.
• Manage executive calendar/schedule; schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings and travel.
• Perform advanced word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, database, and presentations.
• Initiate and respond to executive correspondence as well as handle confidential and non-routine information
• Assist in implementing new SOP procedures and administrative systems to be followed.
• Strictly compliance of H.R. Policies framed by Management time by time.
• To Co-Ordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure to hire employees.
• Close co-ordination with staff / worker to solve their problems and watch their overall performance.
• Prepare necessary appointing documents In case of selection.
• Prepare various internal H.R. Reports.
• Prepare Payroll and perks for Company’s employee.
• Co-ordinate with Health Insurance Company.
• Liaising amongst different department and complete any other task(s) assigned by Management.
• WTC tenants leases, renewals, and invoices, PR and payments of rents follow-up and received.
• Handle Trade Marks of the companies, updating status doing follow-up from lawyer.
