Following are the experience and knowledge gained during operation and maintenance of utility equipment.

Boiler:
• Flue gas analyzing using Analyzer and coordinate with the contractor for adjusting Stoichiometric air-to-fuel ratio to minimize CO and CO2 level.
• Part of maintenance team for safe and optimum operation of Boiler.
• Water treatment, chemical dosing and performance review.
• Steam, Feed water and fuel consumption monitoring.

HVAC:
• Psychrometric and CFM analysis of Heating and Cooling Rooms.
• Basic Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting of Chiller units.
• Provide technical assistance and support to Junior Team members in order to increase their skills and performance for Department.
• Daily review the log sheets of HVAC related equipment and assist Manager in scheduling preventive maintenance.

Air Compressor:
• Commissioning and running two new Atlas Copco Compressors.
• Preventive maintenance of compressors following its SOP and Safety precautions.
• Adjust manual and automatic controls to maintain continuous air supply to pneumatic tools and equipment without breakdown.
• Troubleshooting related to HMI and mechanical parts.

Pumps:
• Selection of pumps using pump curves and system flow and head requirement.
• Installation and alignment of different types of pumps like centrifugal, submersible, screw, dosing and reciprocating pump.
• Inspection of pumps to avoid cavitation, excessive vibration and bearing failure.

Management Role:
• Actively participate with production to create and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule.
• Use CMMS for providing better services to production departments.
• Keep check and record of utility spare parts’ re-ordering level.
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene in utilities area.
• Implementation of safety and compliance on Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Firefighting system, RO plant, Air compressors and many other areas.
