• Managing and controlling of all Warehouse operations and supervising the activities.
• Daily Receive the Order Detail from E-Com Team for Processing and Dispatch to Customer’s.
• Maintain data Transfer order wise and Shipment wise all Receive stock,
• Dealing in 15000 plus SKU’s for Order Fulfillment
• Per day 5000 order Daily Dispatched with 4.00 Pus UPT.
• All Receive stock share information to E.com Operation Team for Shopify uploading.
• Communicate with FGM and Supply Chain teams to ensure that required Stock, as per sales orders, are received at the warehouse in a timely manner
• All Stock marking Bin Location and Stocking in marked bin location properly at SKU level.
• Daily maintain sale and Courier Handover Order Detail.
• Check detail all Customer order IN D365 Dynamic for Shipping to Courier Company
• All land orders in Dynamic Print out and prepare Tacking Detail all Order ‘’s for processing.
• Completely tracking and Monitoring of Order Picking, Rechecking, Sale scanning and Sale
• Posting in system Dynamic (D365)
• Create the Tracking Data of handover Order to Courier service.
• Return / Refused order by Customer receive from Courier Services. And Share Detail to
• CSR for Re-call to Customer for Delivery.
• Keep the Return Record, entry in system and restock in bin location.
• Entertain and Closed the Customer Compline on top priority base as company police.
• Clear the NIS order and Update to CRS for Update to Customer
• To maintain control over inventories by conducting physical counts and reconciling the results with the stock appearing in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics (D365) system.
• Successful stock takening after Sale Promo and end of the Season.
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Successfully supervision and planned the activities of the receipt, issuance’s, handling and storages material.
• To manage, monitor and control overall Inventory, Warehousing & Logistic activities with
• ERP (Microsoft Dynamics (D365) System environment.
• Maintain all Warehouse rule’s & Regulation and Decorum,
• Well Warehouse Stock Management
• Improvement & development of warehouse inventory.
• Preparation of daily, weekly/monthly stock report.
• Maintain the Daily Stock Movement Report
• Items and category wise stock summary reports.
• Performed any other work assigned by the management.
