• Expanded the footprint of the company to 11 new cities, 3 months roll out time in each city with an average investment of 2.5 Million PKR• Trained the staff of each city individually for initial assessment of problems and possible expansion plans.• Designed a Central database (LAMP stack) of the nationwide services and their technical details; reducing the troubleshooting time in half for all personnel including the back-end team and field team.• Eliminated the communication gap by bridging the sales and field team with the core team to better serve the customers through the central database.• Automated versioning backup of all essential devices, eliminating the recursive task and provided more time for other activities, saving about an hour each day with little to no chance of error.• Automated the inter-city capacity planning task that would record the traffic pattern of entire cities proving to be effective in forecasting and planning traffic of each city.
• Designed ISP MPLS Backbone Structure, integrated inter and intra-city L3 MPLS VPN (with and without BGP). This stopped the inter-customer potential threats/attacks by 80% and decreased the deployment or service addition time by 50%.• Migrated traditional PABX to IP based infrastructure for centralized management thus reducing the maintenance cost 80% and the troubleshooting time to under 10 minutes from 24 hours previously.• Re-vamped the infrastructure of a steel company to introduce multi-link failover. Previously a single link was being used that would require 30 minutes of outage to switch over to the secondary link.• Drafted an automation-script for all VPN link deployments that would decrease the link configuration cost by half and decreasing the chances of an error by almost zero.
